Offshore
Early morning observations (0715-0815) were led by a brace of Puffin. Also seen were 33 Sandwich Tern, 20 Common Scoter, 15 Gannet, 2 Fulmar and a Kittiwake.
Grounded Migrants
A smattering of late moving migrants included 2 Wheatear and single Whitethroat, Whinchat and Spotted Flycatcher.
Diurnal Migration
A Grey Heron flew through and 2 Siskin were logged.
Wildfowl and Waders
The 2 Pink-footed Geese and 2 Whimbrel continue to linger.
Butterflies
The first Small Heath was on the wing.
