Yellow Wagtail brightens the day

Remaining ridiculously quiet over the sea early morning (0830-0930) with just small numbers of Gannet and Common Scoter moving.
Grounded Migrants
A Yellow Wagtail, an increasingly rare sight on the island these days, fed amongst a group of 10 Pied Wagtail. A couple of Whitethroat were the only other evidence of movement.
Wildfowl and Waders
Two Whimbrel provided the only notable sighting.
