A check over the sea as the rain finally relented (2000-2045) provided 3 Common Scoter, 3 Manx Shearwater, 2 Razorbill and a Great Skua.
Grounded Migrants
A total of 15 Wheatear were logged.
Wildfowl and Waders
Whimbrel numbers continue to decline with just eight birds logged, a Black-tailed Godwit was the best of the rest.
Miscellaneous
A Barn Owl hunted the island at dusk.
