Offshore
A check of the sea (0640-0740) proved quiet with just 152 Common Scoter, 27 Sandwich Tern, 8 Gannet and 3 Little Tern recorded.
Grounded Migrants
A Willow Warbler was logged.
Diurnal Migration
Single Lesser Redpoll and Grey Wagtail were hints that autumn is not far away.
Wildfowl and Waders
The summering drake Wigeon remains in residence and returning waders included 150 Curlew and a Greenshank.
Miscellaneous
Three Raven were the best of the rest.
