Offshore
Observations over the sea (0630-0730) produced 130 Common Scoter, 70 Sandwich Tern, 41 Gannet, 29 Manx Shearwater, 5 Little Tern and 3 Red-breasted Merganser.
Diurnal Migration
A Lesser Redpoll flew through.
Wildfowl and Waders
Waders included 3 Whimbrel.
Breeding Birds
Lapwing, Oystercatcher and Ringed Plover have managed to produce a few young and post-breeding flocks of Linnet and Goldfinch are already starting to form. The first broods of Whitethroat, Lesser Whitethroat, Blackcap and Sedge Warbler have now emerged. While several Grasshopper Warbler and at least five Reed Warbler continue to hold territory.

The female Marsh Harrier and Hooded Crow remain.
