Grounded Migrants
Early morning thrushes involved 4 Fieldfare and 2 Redwing while additional newly grounded birds included 12 Goldcrest, 4 Stonechat, 4 Coal Tit, 3 Blackcap and a Chiffchaff.
Diurnal Migration
Single Siskin and Redpoll flew through.
Wildfowl and Waders
A Shoveler was amongst 60 Mallard.
Miscellaneous
Single Merlin, Peregrine and Hooded Crow were the best of the rest.
Butterflies and Moths
Migrants in the light trap involved Rusty Dot Pearl, Pearly Underwing, Dark Swordgrass and Silver Y.
