Offshore
Observations over the sea (0800-0900) provided 84 Common Scoter, 41 Gannet, 17 Shag, 10 Razorbill, 8 Kittiwake, 2 Red-breasted Merganser and a Red-throated Diver.
Grounded Migrants
Limited to single Chiffchaff and Goldcrest - it has been a very poor autumn for the latter so far.
Miscellaneous
The Hooded Crow remains and a single Water Rail was the best of the rest.
Butterflies and Moths
The moth trap held just 19 moths of 12 species. Immigrants involved 3 Rusty Dot. Pearl while Brick was new for the year.
