First Curlew Sandpipers arrive

Offshore
Early morning observations (0615-0715) produced 40 Gannet, 40 Common Scoter, 20 Sandwich Tern and 2 Guillemot.
Grounded Migrants
Little recorded again with just 11 Pied Wagtail, 2 Goldcrest and single White Wagtail, Willow Warbler, Chiffchaff and Robin!
Wildfowl and Waders
Two juvenile Curlew Sandpiper were new in and other wader highlights included 25 Greenshank, 6 Black-tailed Godwit and the now seemingly resident Spotted Redshank.
Miscellaneous
A Common Buzzard was an excellent island record.
Dragonflies
At least 5 Migrant Hawker were logged.
