Offshore
Just 15 Razorbill, 8 Red-breasted Merganser, 4 Teal, 3 Common Scoter, 1Guillemot and 1 Kittiwake were logged in an early morning seawatch.
Grounded Migrants
A brief lull in the weather late morning allowed for a quick tour of the heligoland traps, the result a fine female Firecrest - the first for several years. Also seen were 11 Redwing, 9 Fieldfare, 7 Goldcrest, 4 Chiffchaff, 2 Wheatear and a Lesser Redpoll.
Diurnal Migration
A Siskin was amongst a small movement of Meadow Pipit and Pied Wagtail.
Wildfowl and Waders
The Brent Goose flock held 110 pale-bellied birds.
Miscellaneous
Two Little Egret were the best of the rest.
