12th April 2015 –rain SW8/9, sunny spells later

Grounded Migrants
A Wheatear was the only evidence.
Wildfowl and Waders
The first-winter drake Long-tailed Duck remained in residence and waders included 1000 Knot, 40 Ringed Plover and a Black-tailed Godwit.
A male Merlin hunted Linnets.
Common Quaker, Red Sword-grass and Early Thorn were the sole attractions to the moth trap.
