Pink-footed Geese continue to lead the way

Grounded Migrants
Again just a sprinkling with 11 Goldcrest, 4 Chiffchaff and a Song Thrush logged.
Diurnal Migration
The murk continued to limit diurnal passage with just 425 Pink-footed Goose, 200 Meadow Pipit, 60 Linnet, 22 Pied/White Wagtail, 10 House Martin, 6 Swallow, 6 Chaffinch, 2 Grey Wagtail, 2 Tree Sparrow and a Lesser Redpoll recorded.
Wildfowl and Waders
Shovler and Pintail remain the pick of the wildfowl while waders included 3 Greenshank.
Several Merlin continue to hunt the island.
