Great Northern Diver and Snow Bunting

Offshore
Observations over the sea (0800-0900) revealed 510 Razorbill, 395 Kittiwake, 104 Common Scoter, 44 Gannet, 19 Shag, 12 Red-throated Diver and a Great Northern Diver. The Long-tailed Duck remains along the eastern shore.
Grounded Migrants
Early morning thrushes involved 6 Redwing while 3 Goldcrest and a Chiffchaff were also grounded.
Diurnal Migration
A Snow Bunting flew over along with totals of 11 Siskin, 3 Pink-footed Goose, 2 Tree Sparrow and a Lesser Redpoll.
Wildfowl and Waders
The Brent Goose flock held 414 light-bellied birds.
Miscellaneous
A Barn Owl hunted at dawn and a Merlin were logged.
