Water Pipit and Great Northern Diver

Rarities
A Water Pipit was again in the flooded horse paddocks at Biggar over the tide, feeding amongst Rock Pipits and Pied Wagtails.
Offshore
Observations over the sea as the rain began to clear (1030-1130) produced 110 Common Scoter, 11 Red-throated Diver, 10 Razorbill, 9 Red-breasted Merganser, 6 Kittiwake and single Great Northern Diver and Gannet.
Diurnal Migration
A skein of 15 Pink-footed Goose flew through.
Wildfowl and Waders
The female Goosander reappeared.
Miscellaneous
Two Peregrine and a Merlin were the best of the rest.
