Offshore
Early morning sightings (0845-0945) provided 55 Razorbill, 23 Common Scoter, 12 Kittiwake, 10 Shag, 5 Red-throated Diver and a Guillemot.
Grounded Migrants
Limited to 2 Song Thrush and a Fieldfare.
Wildfowl and Waders
Waders included 33 Purple Sandpiper and a Jack Snipe amongst 38 Snipe.
Miscellaneous
A Barn Owl hunted the island at dawn, at least 8 Little Egret remain and 2 Merlin and 33 Twite were logged. A Water Rail was flushed from the salt marsh by the rising tide.
