Offshore
The sea provided 100 Sandwich Tern and a single Manx Shearwater.
Grounded Migrants
A Whinchat and the first Goldcrest of the autumn was amongst another poor showing involving just 5 Willow Warbler, 4 Wren, 4 Robin, 2 Sedge Warbler and a Whitethroat.
Diurnal Migration
Totals of 20 Swallow and 5 Sand Martin were recorded.
Wildfowl and Waders
The drake Garganey remains and waders included 8 Greenshank, 2 Black-tailed Godwit and a Common Sandpiper.
Miscellaneous
The Linnet flock has increased to 370 birds.
Moths
Mullein Wave, Rosy Rustic and Yellow-tail were new for the year.
