Offshore
A check of the sea revealed that at least 1000 Common Scoter remain in the mouth of the Morecambe Bay. Also seen were 280 Sandwich Tern, 21 Gannet, 9 Manx Shearwater and 5 Guillemot
Grounded Migrants
Just 2 Willow Warbler were logged.
Diurnal Migration
Four House Martin were amongst a further trickle of Swallow.
Wildfowl and Waders
Waders included 1000 Sanderling and 2 Whimbrel.
Mammals
The Bottle-nosed Dolphin was again offshore.
