Early morning observations (0700-0800) produced 215 Sandwich Tern, 175 Manx Shearwater, 19 Common Scoter, 15 Gannet, 2 Puffin and a Red-breasted Merganser.
Diurnal Migration
A total of 12 Swift flew through.
Butterflies and Moths
The moth trap attracted Barred Straw which was new for the year.
Miscellaneous
Apparently unknown to occur on the island a group of foxglove contained 35 flower spikes.
