Offshore
Another quiet morning over the sea (0630-0730) with just 49 Common Scoter, 30 Gannet, 19 Guillemot, 14 Sandwich Tern, 2 Razorbill and single Puffin and Manx Shearwater logged.
Grounded Migrants
A Long-eared Owl was an early morning surprise.
Wildfowl and Waders
Waders included the first returning Greenshank.
Miscellaneous
The Hooded Crow is still in residence and still attending 4 hybrid juveniles.
Dragonflies
The first Common Darter are now on the wing.
