Grounded Migrants
The first 3 Redwing of autumn were present at dawn, otherwise newly arrived birds involved just single Chiffchaff and Blackcap.
Diurnal Migration
Totals of 535 Pink-footed Goose, 250 Meadow Pipit, 50 Swallow, 40 Skylark, 20 Linnet, 6 Siskin and a Grey Wagtail flew through during the morning.
Miscellaneous
The Hooded Crow put in another appearance and 2 Barn Owl and a Peregrine were the best of the rest.
