Two ringing controls

26th May 2014 – bright and sunny S2/3
Morning observations on the rising tide produced 110 Common Scoter, 18 Gannet, 16 Guillemot, 3 Sandwich Tern and single Manx Shearwater and Little Tern.
Wildfowl and Waders
The 3 pale-bellied and 2 dark-bellied Brent Geese continue to linger.
A colour-ringed Cormorant revealed its Isle of Man origins and a Greenfinch with ring sequence TT34*** was controlled.
Ingrailed Clay was new for the year.
