Offshore
Early morning observations over the sea (0830-0930) produced 100 Common Scoter, 20 Red-breasted Merganser, 10 Red-throated Diver, 6 Razorbill and 5 Kittiwake. Four Shag were logged later.
Wildfowl and Waders
The 3 Scaup remain amongst 20 Goldeneye and a redhead Goosander and 12 Shoveler were also logged. The Brent Goose flock held 77 pale-bellied and 32 dark-bellied birds. Waders included 2 Greenshank and a Jack Snipe.
Miscellaneous
A Hooded Crow was logged and birds of prey included single Buzzard and Peregrine.
Ringing
The Brent Goose flock held colour-ringed birds from Northern Ireland, Iceland and Canada.
