Offshore
Morning observations (1000-1100) saw 7 Common Scoter, 7 Gannet, 3 Sandwich Tern, 3 Shag and single Arctic Tern and Manx Shearwater emerge through the murk.
Grounded Migrants
Fieldwork in the miserable conditions was rewarded with just 5 Chiffchaff, 3 Wheatear, 3 Goldcrest and single Blackcap, Whitethroat and Sedge Warbler.
Miscellaneous
A Merlin was the best of the rest.
