The seas have it!

23rd October 2019 – sunny spells S3/4
Offshore
Observations over the sea (0815-0915) produced 178 Common Scoter, 132 Razorbill, 3 Red-breasted Merganser, 2 Gannet and a Red-throated Diver.
Grounded Migrants
Early morning thrushes were non-existent while warblers were limited to a Goldcrest.
Diurnal Migration
Again few birds were on the move with just 100 Jackdaw and single Siskin and Tree Sparrow logged.
Wildfowl and Waders
Five Goldeneye and 4 Greenshank were as good as it got!
Miscellaneous
Two Raven were the best of the rest.
