Rarities
At least 2 Water Pipit were amongst 45 Rock Pipit feeding in the flooded fields in the vicinity of Biggar over the high tide.
Offshore
A check of the sea (0830-0930) revealed 47 Common Scoter, 3 Red-throated Diver, 3 Red-breasted Merganser and 2 Kittiwake.
Wildfowl and Waders
The Brent Goose flock held 343 pale-bellied and a single dark-bellied bird. At least one Goosander remains and 3 Greenshank were logged.
Miscellaneous
Single Hooded Crow and Peregrine were the best of the rest.
