Rarities
At least 4 Water Pipit were amongst 35 Rock Pipit feeding in the flooded fields in the vicinity of Biggar over the high tide.
Offshore
A check of the sea (0830-0930) revealed 64 Common Scoter and a single Red-throated Diver.
Wildfowl and Waders
A Woodcock was the first of the year.
Miscellaneous
Five Tree Sparrow, 2 Jay and a Siskin were the best of the rest.
