Offshore
A check of the sea (0900-1000) produced 32 Common Scoter, 26 Kittiwake, 7 Shag and 7 Red-throated Diver.
Grounded Migrants
A late Black Redstart was found and a Goldcrest was also unusual.
Wildfowl and Waders
A total of 11 Woodcock were logged and additional waders included 1000 Dunlin, 100 Sanderling and 7 Greenshank A Goosander was the pick of the wildfowl.
Miscellaneous
A Marsh Harrier put in another appearance and the Hooded Crow was the best of the rest. A flock of 40 Siskin was another unusual sighting for the time of the year.
