Offshore
A check of the sea again provided small numbers of Gannet, Common Scoter and Razorbill.
Grounded Migrants
The lack of grounded birds continued with just a handful of Redwing, Goldcrest and Chiffchaff logged.
Diurnal Migration
A few more birds than of late with 145 Meadow Pipit, 100 Pink-footed Goose, 20 alba Wagtail, 17 Linnet, 5 Reed Bunting, 4 Tree Sparrow and 2 Brambling recorded.
Wildfowl and Waders
Wildfowl included 2650 Wigeon and 80 pale-bellied Brent Goose.
Miscellaneous
A Short-eared Owl was flushed from the saltmarsh by the rising tide.
