Rarities
There were no reported sightings of the Hudsonian Whimbrel today, however, the adult Yellow-legged Gull was again on the western shore near Hare Hill.
Grounded Migrants
A total of 10 Stonechat and a single Lesser Whitethroat and Willow Warbler were perhaps lingering birds but 26 Pied Wagtail were new in.
Wildfowl and Waders
A total of 14 Greenshank and 2 Common Sandpiper roosted amongst 540 Redshank.
Miscellaneous
The Hooded Crow was again present.
