First Arctic Skua

Offshore
Observations (0830-1000) were dominated by a total of 217 Common Scoter, also seen were 32 Sandwich Tern, 27 Razorbill, 18 Gannet, 16 Kittiwake and 12 Red-throated Diver. An evening watch produced 2 Shag and an Arctic Skua amongst small numbers of Gannet, Red-throated Diver and Kittiwake.
Diurnal Migration
A single Swallow flew through amongst small numbers of Meadow Pipit.
Wildfowl and Waders
The pair of Gadwall continue to linger.
