Offshore
Observations over the sea (0815-0900) produced 18 Common Scoter, 13 Razorbill, 8 Guillemot, 4 Kittiwake and single Shag and Red-throated Diver .
Grounded Migrants
A Black Redstart was the shining light on a gloomy day. Otherwise newly grounded birds were limited to small numbers of Goldcrest, Redwing and Song Thrush.
Diurnal Migration
Slightly more movement than of late with 115 Jackdaw, 23 Skylark, 22 Greenfnich, 2 Raven and single Rock Pipit and Mistle Thrush logged.
Wildfowl and Waders
The female Long-tailed Duck remains and waders included 3 Greenshank.
Miscellaneous
Additional sightings included Merlin and Sparrowhawk.
