Offshore
A check of the sea (0800-09000 produced 82 Razorbill, 31 Common Scoter, 10 Red-throated Diver, 7 Red-breasted Merganser and a Guillemot.
Grounded Migrants
A Redwing provided a hint of cold weather movement.
Diurnal Migration
A skein of 80 Pink-footed Geese headed south.
Wildfowl and Waders
Waders included 2000 Knot, 135 Turnstone and single Woodcock and Greenshank.
Miscellaneous
A check of some of the less frequently visited scrub on the island revealed 14 Bullfinch, 3 Jay, 3 Coal Tit, 2 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 2 Goldcrest and 2 Treecreeper. At least 2 Tree Sparrow continue to attend a feeding station on the island.
