14th July 2021 – bright and sunny NW3/4
Offshore
Early morning observations (0530-0730) were led by a juvenile Black Guillemot; however, sightings were dominated by Common Scoter with 1015 birds logged. Also seen were 43 Sandwich Tern, 42 Gannet, 17 Guillemot, 5 Manx Shearwater, 4 Razorbill and 2 Little Tern.
Wildfowl and Waders
A total of 35 Sanderling were logged.
Mammals
A pod of 8 Bottle-nosed Dolphin were offshore.
