A build-up of Sandwich Tern saw 1000 birds logged. Also seen were 80 Common Scoter, 22 Little Tern, 5 Shag and 2 Gannet.
Grounded Migrants
Warblers involved 16 Willow Warbler, 13 Whitethroat and 5 Sedge Warbler. Also seen were 2 Wheatear and 2 Robin.
Diurnal Migration
Totals included 30 Swallow, 10 Tree Pipit, 5 Sand Martin and single Yellow Wagtail and Grey Wagtail.
Wildfowl and Waders
Waders included 15 Black-tailed Godwit, 2 Bar-tailed Godwit and 2 Ruff.
Miscellaneous
Raptors involved 3 Kestrel, 2 Sparrowhawk and a Marsh Harrier.
Butterflies and Moths
Three Painted Lady were seen and the light trap saw Light Brown Apple Moth as the dominant species while migrants involved Rush Veneer and Silver Y.
