Offshore
A scan of the sea revealed 200 Sandwich Tern, 12 Common Scoter 10 Shag, 4 Little Tern and 2 Gannet.
Grounded Migrants
Warblers involved 11 Willow Warbler, 5 Whitethroat, 3 Sedge Warbler and the lingering Cetti’s Warbler while single Spotted Flycatcher and Goldcrest were the first of the autumn.
Diurnal Migration
A few Swallows trickled through.
Wildfowl and Waders
Waders included a Spotted Redshank.
Miscellaneous
Raptors were limited to Kestrel and Sparrowhawk
Dragonflies
The first Migrant Hawker was logged.
