A hint of late movement

Offshore
Morning observations provided little other than small numbers of Gannet.
Grounded Migrants
Another singing Reed Warbler was only recently arrived along with single Spotted Flycatcher and Robin.
Diurnal Migration
Three Swift and a Siskin were logged.
Wildfowl and Waders
A brood of 10 Tufted Duck was seen and waders included what appears to be a summering flock of 160 Bar-tailed Godwit.
Moths
A few Diamond-back Moth continue to be trapped nightly and newly emerged residents include Brimstone, Purple Bar, Heart and Dart, Marbled Minor, Flame Carpet and Shears.
