Offshore
A scan of the sea revealed 18 Common Scoter, 14 Shag and a Red-throated Diver.
Grounded Migrants
Early morning thrushes involved 25 Redwing, 24 Blackbird, 10 Fieldfare and 5 Song Thrush, also logged was a single Chiffchaff.
Diurnal Migration
The morning produced: 500 Woodpigeon, 160 Pink-footed Goose, 100 Jackdaw, 3 Stock Dove, 2 Siskin and single Rock Pipit and Lesser Redpoll.
Miscellaneous
Single Short-eared Owl and Barn Owl were hunting the island at dawn and 2 Water Rail called.
