Thrush and Woodpigeon movement continues

Offshore
An early morning check of the sea revealed 50 Razorbill and 2 Common Scoter.
Grounded Migrants
Early morning thrushes involved 20 Redwing, 25 Fieldfare, 14 Blackbird and single Song Thrush and Mistle Thrush.
Diurnal Migration
Birds were again on the move through the morning with 410 Woodpigeon, 250 Fieldfare, 140 Redwing, 120 Starling and 10 Chaffinch logged through the morning.
Miscellaneous
The long-staying Hooded Crow continues its residency and 5 Rook were logged. The island’s “woodland” added single Woodcock and Chiffchaff.
