A scan of the sea revealed 29 Common Scoter, 6 Shag, 2 Red-throated Diver and a Gannet.
Grounded Migrants
Early morning thrushes involved 14 Redwing. Otherwise sightings were limited to 2 Chiffchaff and the lingering Cetti’s Warbler.
Diurnal Migration
Totals of 580 Jackdaw, 22 Linnet, 14 Tree Sparrow, 7 Chaffinch, 7 Pied Wagtail and single Grey Wagtail and Siskin were logged
Miscellaneous
Merlin and Peregrine were the best of the rest.

A few Red Admiral remain on the wing.
