Offshore
An adult Mediterranean Gull was the pick of the day's sightings which also included small numbers of Common Scoter, Gannet, Red-throated Diver, Guillemot and Razorbill.
Grounded Migrants
Limited to single Chiffchaff and Wheatear.
Diurnal Migration
Much quieter than of late with just 70 Pink-footed Goose, 40 Jackdaw, 4 Siskin and 2 Grey Wagtail logged.
Wildfowl and Waders
Waders included 7600 Oystercatcher, 900 Golden Plover, 20 Greenshank and a Spotted Redshank. At least 35 pale-bellied Brent Geese remain.
Miscellaneous
At least 5 Little Egret continue to haunt the eastern shore. A flock of 50 Linnet contained several Twite and 2 Barn Owl, 2 Little Owl, 2 Merlin and single Peregrine and Water Rail were logged.
