Offshore
Morning observations (0630-0730) produced 305 Manx Shearwater, 170 Sandwich Tern, 105 Guillemot, 80 Gannet, 75 Kittiwake, 16 Puffin, 11 Razorbill, 10 Common Scoter, 7 Fulmar, 2 Great Skua and 2 Arctic Skua. Later observations over the mouth of Morecambe Bay added 730 Common Scoter, 45 Manx Shearwater, 40 Gannet, 35 Guillemot, 15 Kittiwake, 10 Puffin, 10 Arctic Tern, 3 Little Tern, 2 Velvet Scoter and an Arctic Skua
Wildfowl and Waders
The drake Scaup continues to associate with the Eider flock, 4 Pink-footed Geese were seen and 2 Wigeon and a Shoveler were suggestive of the first returning wildfowl.
Miscrellaneous
A Peregrine was the best of the rest.
