Offshore
Early morning observations over the sea (0630-0830) produced 1155 Common Scoter, 75 Sandwich Tern, 54 Gannet, 8 Shag, 7 Arctic Skua and a Kittiwake before a second watch (1130-1230) produced 3 juvenile Black Tern amongst 6 Arctic Tern.
Grounded Migrants
A Whitethroat was the sole representative.
Wildfowl and Waders
Sightings included 2 Whimbrel.
Miscellaneous
At least one Marsh Harrier appeared fleetingly several times and the Hooded Crow continues its residency.
Dragonflies
At least 9 Emerald Damselfly were seen.
