Grounded Migrants
Conditions were not conducive to producing grounded birds and just 100 Meadow Pipit, 8 Robin, 2 Wheatear and single Chiffchaff, Lesser Whitethroat and Sedge Warbler were logged.
Wildfowl and Waders
Wildfowl numbers remain thin on the ground but waders included 10 Greenshank and 4 Whimbrel.
Miscellaneous
At least 11 Little Egret are now scattered around the island and the Kingfisher put in a second appearance.
