Offshore
A light passage continued early morning (0830-0930) with 32 Common Scoter, 12 Razorbill, 9 Gannet, 2 Kittiwake, 2 Red-throated Diver and a Guillemot moving through.
Grounded Migrants
Again several Chiffchaff were the only obvious evidence of movement.
Diurnal Migration
A skein of 45 Pink-footed Geese headed south along with single Siskin, Grey Wagtail and Rock Pipit - the latter the first of the autumn.
Miscellaneous
At least 5 Little Egret remain.
Ringing
A colour-ringed Mute Swan had been ringed locally on 21st June 1999 - a duration of 10 years and 100 days.
Dragonflies
A Migrant Hawker was logged.
