Offshore
Observations over the sea (0730-0930 & 1400-1600) provided totals of 83 Gannet, 54 Common Scoter, 38 Manx Shearwater, 16 Sandwich Tern, 6 Kittiwake, 4 Fulmar, 2 Great Skua and single Shag, Arctic Skua, Arctic Tern and Razorbill.
Grounded Migrants
Two Yellow Wagtail were logged.
Wildfowl and Waders
Waders included 2 Greenshank and a Whimbrel.
Miscellaneous
A total of 30 Little Egret were seen and raptors included 4 Sparrowhawk and a Merlin.
Butterflies and Moths
The moth trap failed to attract many moth, however, a field record of Vapourer would appear to be the first island record.
