Yellow-browed Warbler and Snow Bunting

Offshore
Little was on offer over the sea with just small numbers of Common Scoter and Razorbill logged.
Grounded Migrants
The first, long overdue, Yellow-browed Warbler of the autumn was the star of the show, also seen were 2 Goldcrest while early morning thrushes involved 44 Redwing, 5 Fieldfare and a Mistle Thrush amongst a small influx of Blackbird.
Diurnal Migration
A Snow Bunting flew through along with 20 Siskin, 16 Skylark, 8 Lesser Redpoll, 7 Greenfinch, 4 Chaffinch, 2 Brambling and a late Swallow.
Miscellaneous
A flock of 15 Twite were recorded and single Water Rail, Little Owl, Barn Owl and Peregrine were the best of the rest.
