Offshore
Early morning observations on the rising tide (0600-0800) provided 290 Guillemot, 240 Sandwich Tern, 46 Common Scoter, 19 Red-throated Diver, 14 Razorbill, 12 Kittiwake, 3 Puffin and a Great Skua.
Grounded Migrants
Limited to 22 Wheatear, 4 Willow Warbler and single Blackcap and Spotted Flycatcher.
Wildfowl and Waders
Waders included: 25 Whimbrel, 12 Golden Plover and 2 Greenshank.
Miscellaneous
The long-staying Hooded Crow is still in residence and a Merlin was the best of the rest.
