Observations over the mouth of the bay during a drier interlude (0900-1000) produced 1700 Common Scoter, 50 Sandwich Tern, 39 Kittiwake, 23 Gannet, 7 Arctic Tern, 6 Shag, 5 Guillemot, 3 Manx Shearwater, 2 Little Tern and single Red-throated Diver and Fulmar.
Diurnal Migration
A flock of 15 Swift flew through.
