Offshore
A check of the sea revealed 125 Common Scoter, 24 Gannet, 3 Red-throated Diver and a Kittiwake.
Grounded Migrants
The Cetti’s Warbler remains and additional sightings involved 2 White Wagtail and single Wheatear, Chiffchaff and Goldcrest.
Diurnal Migration
Totals through the morning included 320 Meadow Pipit, 40 Coal Tit, 30 Skylark, 20 Chaffinch, 5 Reed Bunting, 2 Redpoll, 2 Grey Wagtail and a Great Spotted Woodpecker.
Miscellaneous
The Hooded Crow remains the best of the rest.
Butterflies and Moths
Migrants in the light trap involved single Olive-tree Pearl, Rusty Dot Pearl and Dark Swordgrass.
