Offshore
Early morning observations (0800-0900) provided 84 Common Scoter, 9 Gannet, 6 Red-throated Diver and 3 Kittiwake.
Grounded Migrants
Just single Wheatear, Chiffchaff and Goldcrest were logged.
Diurnal Migration
A single Swallow was logged.
Wildfowl and Waders
Wildfowl included 7 Whooper Swan, 7 dark-bellied Brent Geese and 76 pale-bellied Brent Geese amongst 3000 Wigeon.
Miscellaneous
At least 8 Rock Pipit were flushed from the saltmarshes.
