Grounded Migrants
Again limited fare with just 3 Chiffchaff, 2 Willow Warbler and a female Blackcap recorded.
Diurnal Migration
A Common Buzzard and 2 Lesser Redpoll flew north amongst small numbers of Swallow.
Wildfowl and Waders
The pair of Gadwall continue to linger and a Black-tailed Godwit was seen.
Miscellaneous
Just 7 Twite and 2 Little Egret were logged.
Mammals
Both Weasel and Brown Hare were seen
Moths and Butterflies
The moth traps held just a single Hebrew Character. An increase in Small Tortoiseshell was evident and the first Peacock was on the wing.
